Hi, I'm Kaelen, and I specialize in trauma recovery and working with young adults. After working with the Victims of Crime population, I am deeply committed to helping individuals reclaim their lives from the impact of trauma. My approach is grounded in empathy, trust, and creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients. I understand that trauma can have a profound impact on one's sense of self, relationships, and overall well-being, especially during the transitional phase of young adulthood. I am passionate about helping my clients understand their trauma, develop healthy coping skills, and promote post-traumatic growth.
