Hello! I'm so glad you're here! I am interested in getting to know you, and your story. If you want a therapist who will show up to each session wanting the best for you and your relationships-that's me! I work a lot with teens and young adults to help them understand their struggles while keeping a positive outlook for them and their future. I also work with couples struggling for connection, working through infidelity, and wanting healthy communication. Religious trauma and institutional betrayal are also areas in which I help clients gain insight and begin healing.
I view the world through a systemic lens and will help you challenge previous thought patterns, and provide more pathways for action. I am a strengths-based therapist and will always try to build you up from previous narratives to see your full potential. As a Christian therapist, I also recognize the value and trauma religion can have.
