I am passionate about helping adults and adolescents struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, emotional regulation, negative body issues, self-esteem and addiction. Maybe you never feel like you are "in the moment", distracted by constant worry, or no matter how much you try you feel like you aren't good enough. Perhaps past hurts and experiences seem to be barriers to moving forward. With the right insight, tools and support you can move forward, experiencing change and growth.
I offer a safe non-judgemental environment to explore the issues you are facing and develop insight, strategies and solutions. My approach is down to earth and holistic meeting each client where they are at. I am trained in EMDR and also integrate DBT and CBT into my therapy approach. I am dedicated to helping my clients feel better.
Your difficult and painful experiences do not define you, rather, it is what you learn from them and the change you make because of them that matters. If you are ready to work on these challenges and move towards growth and change then please contact me.
