I am a hard-working, goal oriented but wild-hearted therapist and clinic manager. Currently, a Licensed Professional Counselor and enjoys working with younger children, adolescents and all stages of adulthood. Prior to joining Ellie she worked in inpatient crisis facility addressing Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse, Trauma and Severe Mental Illness. My approach is to help people embrace their power and mindset shifts to overcome any obstacle they may be facing.
I use a variety of evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, person-centered, motivational interviewing and Trauma informed care with establishing autonomy to each client by providing them with a supportive heart. There will be challenges that are met with joy and encouragement letting my clients know they are empowered.
I am a wife and mother of two rambunctious young boys and a fluffy Golden Retriever. My heart belongs to anything to do with water, sand or beaches and travel. Most often you will find me outside (despite the awful heat) getting into water gun fights or digging in the dirt for “treasures” with my boys.
