Being a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Kachina also focuses her therapeutic work with those from this community who are maneuvering identity, relationship changes, and past trauma.
Kachina utilizes a trauma-informed approach alongside existential and relational-cultural theory to help process and make meaning of the past as well as to learn how to create more meaningful relationships throughout life.
