I have a passion for helping teens, young adults, and adults as well as providing Clinical Supervison. I have experience working with all ages in individual, group, couples and family therapy. My professional interests include: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, and Family Discord. I strive to meet each client where they are at and take a client-centered approach to develop a plan for treatment. I believe each client has the strength they need to be successful and I am pleased to have the role in which I am able to help them develop the tools to use to do so.
I obtained my MS in Clinical Psychology from Abilene Christian University. I have completed extensive research and have published articles in the areas of Attachment, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder as it relates to Sexual Abuse. I have worked in a Residential Treatment Center, Psychiatric Hospital, Community-Based Mental Health and Private Practice.
These opportunities have allowed me to work with a diverse population which has bettered my ability to serve you as a counselor. I look forward to walking along side of you throughout the healing process.
