I value a holistic approach when working with clients, and I aim to co-create a space where we can walk through your personhood and experience together. In therapy, I utilize a blend of IFS, CBT, interpersonal, and psychodynamic/psychoanalytic intervention methods when best suited for my clients, taking into consideration their specific situation and goals. I have high regard for the information we receive through non-ordinary states of consciousness is for processing and integration (e.g.: unconscious material brought forth through psychedelic experiences, meditative states, synchronicities, dreams, and visions).
Becoming attuned with these portals for intuition and knowing the Self is one of my biggest passions in this work. I seek to challenge my clients while also supporting them in a genuine and honest manner. While my outlook is greatly influenced by Eastern philosophy and religion, I am open and comfortable working with humans from any spiritual background.
I tend to focus on insight-building, mindfulness, and aiding recognition of maladaptive patterns as a means to transform your experience. I tend to take a challenging, no-nonsense approach to healing through curiosity and focusing on functions of behaviors. Through playfulness, creativity, and a sense of wonder, we may journey back to the Self.
