Can you imagine a life where your past no longer haunts you? What obstacles could you overcome? What could you achieve? But how do you get there? Since I began to practice psychotherapy in 2014, I've trained in many techniques. Nothing has proven more powerful at resolving internal blocks than EMDR integrated with IFS techniques. Over the years, I've refined my approach to treating PTSD, phobias, and childhood trauma and achieved certification from the highest accrediting body for EMDR therapists, EMDRIA. I want patients to 'graduate therapy' because they see symptom resolution, released from the shadows of their pasts.
We will examine the history of your issues and drill down on the who, where, why, and when it all started. As we go, we will desensitize past experiences that are holding you back, so you can free your mind of obstacles and release doubt and despair. We will also enhance your confidence and resilience, and help you get back into your 'groove.'
You are not broken. Using high-quality treatment methods that are backed by science, my goal is to provide deep, enduring healing that transforms the body, mind, and spirit. EMDR is a challenging modality, though very powerful. I prefer providing services in-person, and I'm willing to travel to you for intensive EMDR sessions in the lower 518.
