Wanting to be heard, and understood, and then creating a path of healing, change, and growth are often the goals people have to better enjoy their lives, find peace and happiness within their own lives and their relationships.
My name is Judith Kasznica and I work with adults, men and women, who have struggles from depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, loss of purpose, marriage issues, past abuse, trauma, and many others. I use a warm and open approach with practical measures in making sure you are on track to reach your goals.
