Specializing in adolescent and adult mental health, I offer support for mood disorders, peer pressure, trauma, interpersonal challenges, life transitions, and acculturation issues. As a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with Master’s degrees in Counseling Mental Health Services and Professional Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania, I provide comprehensive therapeutic support in both English and Mandarin. My practice is founded on a wide range of evidence-based interventions(e.g., CBT, ACT, Mindfulness).
My experience includes community mental health centers, public schools, and a Neurodivergent Children’s Institute. This diverse background, along with my practices in Western and Eastern cultures, enables me to offer culturally sensitive care.
