I know that we have to make lemonade out of a few lemons tossed our way to live and enjoy life. This is why I enjoy offering affordable therapeutic services to help individuals confront and change how they respond to challenging life experiences and discomforting emotions. I use several approaches to ensure that my clients learn tools before processing the most troublesome experiences. My goal is to make sure that my clients are prepared to face and confront situations triggered by depression, grief/bereavement, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, abandonment, and anxiety.

DBT Group for Adults
Weekly DBT group to build life skills and improve emotion regulation, crisis management, relationships with self and others, and increasing ability to tolerate distress through the use of reality acceptance and mindfulness skills. This group is self-pay only and may be offered through an online or in-person platform. Currently building a list of clients interested in attending.
