I have worked with a variety of populations and enjoy assisting people with finding ways to better tolerate distress, manage their emotions, strengthen and build quality relationships, and develop healthy coping skills to help you get through life's curveballs.
I have a very non-judgmental and collaborative approach to therapy that is rooted in the relationship.
