I am a Psychotherapist, LCAT & a certified SEP in private practice in Nyack, NY. Through the tools of the Creative Arts & Somatic Experiencing we will be creating the capacity in your being to expand process & regulate the complexities of the transitions of life relationships and at times the difficulties of just being alive. Together we will build a therapeutic relationship that elicits access to trust, coping skills & healthy ways to express yourself both verbally & emotionally. The healing process is vast & encompassing. I have created an environment that offers an opportunity to be immersed in the mess & beauty of healing. A warm, holding; space that supports containment and boundaries. What I offer all depends on what your needs are in your journey of discovery and healing.
I have found that at times the damage done in life is larger than the physical being. The space needed to heal has to allow for movement larger than the physical being. The creative arts offer tactile non-verbal outlets that reach those stuck and/or deeply traumatized. I hope together we can create the space you need to heal and change.
