I utilize a strengths based perspective, and incorporate cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT), but primarily I use an eclectic approach depending upon your individual needs. I look at both past events and current factors that may be holding you back from achieving your goals and provide you with the tools that will empower you to make changes in your life so that you can ultimately be successful.
