I have over 9 years of practice in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. My approach is person centered and trauma informed. I practice utilizing a CBT and EMDR perspective. Our meetings will be a space where you can reflect, gain insights, and we can collaborate to figure out the limits that may be holding you back.
