I have extensive experience in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric and outpatient (both mental health and substance abuse) and have worked with those who have many different diagnoses, from depression, anxiety, and PTSD, to schizophrenia and dementia.
I am, among many things: a mom of twins; a member of the LGBT+ community; an autoimmune warrior (or disaster, depending on the day); a photographer; and a lover of tea lattes (most recent favorite, lavender chamomile). I would be honored to be entrusted to share your journey.
