I offer a relational and contemplative style of therapy which is rooted in depth psychology and Buddhism. My goal as a therapist is to get to know you as well as I can, so that I can help you find your own best life. If you find yourself experiencing things like ADHD, anxiety, depression, or PTSD, I can help you ease your symptoms or even help you heal them.
