I use evidence-based treatments, including CBT and ACT, for child and adolescent mental health. We will begin with an assessment and make a treatment plan together, as well as determine if telehealth is a good fit for your family. After that, we will progress weekly for two months through the core phase of treatment. If problems continue, we will evaluate how to proceed together.
