I am passionate about working with fellow Veterans, adolescents, college age folks and adults with presenting issues of Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief, and difficulties with major life changes. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help recognize the thinking patterns that contribute to difficulties and Psychodynamic Therapy to make connections between past experiences and present behaviors. This helps you to be free to move your life in a different direction. I welcome those who are ready, willing, and eager to discover the next chapter in their lives.
