If you are feeling stuck, hopeless, disconnected from yourself, or just unhappy with the state of your world, I am here to help bring you back to your center. I am able to journey with you through depression, anxiety, loneliness/emptiness, addiction issues, career issues (particularly in the arts), times of crisis, grief/loss, trauma healing, and relationship issues. My aim is to create a comfortable, secure space for you to fully express yourself while we develop new, more fulfilling pathways.
In counseling and in daily life, I value kindness, compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for people’s feelings and perspectives. I start from a strengths-based coaching counseling perspective, meaning we will tap into your innate strengths, set goals, and work side-by-side to create sustainable growth.
