My foundation is cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), but with a holistic lens. I understand that where you are today is the culmination of different life factors and experiences, which all need to be taken into consideration for your healing process. I am a Christian counselor, but can offer a neutral (non-religious) perspective if that is your preference.
