Drawing from a variety of treatment approaches including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness practices, I strive to nourish the therapeutic relationship from a strengths-based and trauma- responsive perspective while putting the client first. I specialize in working with teens, military veterans, and men's issues.
