I primarily approach therapy through the lenses of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. My approach to healing integrates genuineness, empathy, validation, humor, and unconditional acceptance. I emphasize a collaborative approach to help clients identify their own unique goals and values, personal strengths, and abilities to implement the change they want. I also work with clients to challenge counterproductive behavioral patterns, address negative thoughts, and foster acceptance of unavoidable life factors that contribute to feeling “stuck” and away from the present moment.
I provide individual psychotherapy services and comprehensive psychological evaluations with individualized treatment recommendations across the lifespan. My areas of focus include ADHD, adjustment challenges, anxiety/depression, anger, identity Issues, self-esteem, mood disorders, personality styles, relational conflict, stress management, and trauma.
