I know firsthand the transformative power of therapy. As a young adult, I struggled with anxiety and depression, but with the help of a skilled therapist, I was able to overcome my challenges and find greater meaning and purpose in life. Now, as a licensed counselor and certified clinical trauma specialist, I'm committed to helping others achieve the same kind of breakthroughs. Using empathy, active listening, and evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and trauma informed care, I help my clients overcome depression, anxiety, trauma and relationship issues.
I don't simply aim to help my clients manage their symptoms - my goal is to empower them to take control of their lives and live the life they truly want. By teaching skills such as mindfulness, emotional regulation, and effective communication, I support my clients in building a foundation of resilience and well-being that enables them to thrive.
