I am passionate about the work that I do. I have been supporting, advocating and facilitating change with Individuals, Children and Families for over 23 years. I am a Bilingual, Spanish Speaking therapist, who believes in the strength and immense value of diversity and healthy communities. My ideal client is someone who is seeking change and willing to explore the path to get there.
I am a Trauma informed clinician, who works with Mental Health, Substance Abuse and other life circumstances that lead to distress and cause people to feel "sick, stuck or without hope". I utilize a variety of Short term, Solution focused, Cognitive Behavioral techniques with adults and play therapy with younger children.
Spanish Speaking, Bilingual-Bi-cultural.
