Hi! I’m Emily and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, registered with the state of Texas. I offer a holistic approach in which I work to empower clients. My hope is that each of my clients can feel safe in their own minds, process life stressors, and explore behavioral and/or cognitive patterns that may be impacting them regularly during our time together.
My overarching goal is to facilitate a trusting relationship where individuals feel comfortable exploring all aspects of their lives. I have experience working with individuals in various developmental and life stages, including children, teens, adults and families.
I have experience working with individuals dealing with a variety of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder and more. Additionally, I have experience working with trauma, grief, relationship, and family challenges. I am currently offering individual virtual sessions for adults ages 18 and up.
