I want to help individuals and families find solutions and hope for wise, healthy, and meaningful living. We will turn hardships into growth opportunities by sorting out internal and external sources of distress leading to anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. We will design an individual and family healing plan to restore freedom and peace and live out the more significant potential in life.
I offer coaching on emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, interpersonal relationships, stress management, effective parenting, life transition, and resilience development. I also help with anxiety, depression, codependency, attachment wounds, grief and loss, negative thinking, family dysfunction, and adjustment issues.
