I offer individual therapy for women and parents who are looking to dive deeper into why their lives aren’t currently working for them. I enjoy working with people recovering from traumatic events, unhealthy or abusive relationships, or substance use disorders/addictions. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment therapy and EMDR frameworks and techniques to help you create a life more aligned with your values in a non-judgmental, warm and welcoming environment.
I know what it is like to feel shame and experience judgment due to your identity or past experiences and the ways you learned to cope. I am committed to helping you let go of these so that you can experience empowerment and peace. My former clients say that my warm and gentle demeanor helps them to feel safe and build trust in therapy.
I help people recognize their unhealthy patterns and identify new healthy coping skills that better align with their values. I believe that you are not responsible for the bad things that happened to you, but you are responsible for your healing. If you think we might be a good fit, I would love to talk with you further.
