Emotions can be both wonderful and scary. Feeling alone in a crowd, or feeling crowded when alone, can happen to anyone. I use a holistic integrated approach, combining techniques from a variety of therapies. I offer individualized mental health therapy to assist my clients with identifying strengths and developing a treatment plan that is personally unique. I also help families understand mental health concerns within their family and assist in strengthening familial bonds.
