Therapy is a way to soften the "shoulds", identify strengths, and face our shadows.
My approach to the therapeutic journey is through an integrative lens, which includes using techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Depth Psychology, and Internal Family Systems. While I specialize in Addiction and Recovery, I also provide a space for those wanting to explore individual and couples therapy, as well as child and adolescent struggles.
