I offer a mixture of talk therapy, hypnotherapy and somatic work. I take a compassionate and holistic approach and believe that every person has the tools within to heal. In our sessions, we will create a healing container together, where you can explore the conscious and unconscious ways that oppression and stagnation are showing up in your life.
Together, we will find allies for your work: ancestors, nature, metaphors, archetypes, art, etc. Our aim is to reclaim your full power. Sessions are individualized and may include aspects of psychotherapy, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, indigenous counseling methods, IFS, somatic healing, etc.
