Often when experiencing grief, anxiety, past or current traumas, major life adjustments and/or relationship stress, one can feel overwhelmed, lost or off balance. Exploring relational styles, physiological/somatic responses and cognitive coping patterns can offer awareness of oneself to create more ease, empowerment and contentment in the day to day. I provide a safe and non judgmental space with collaboration, tenderness and authenticity so a person can grow and thrive in confidence.
My counseling education, background in physical therapy, end of life and trauma work are integrated into my therapeutic approaches dependent on each person's unique needs and comfort. The therapeutic tools I use are based in somatic feedback, trauma awareness, attachment, narrative and cognitive behavioral therapies.
I believe everyone deserves support and connection, access to healing, and the ability to express themselves. I will work with you to create a life in congruence with your values and needs. It matters to me that each person feels comfortable, wholly accepted and heard. If you know someone, or it is yourself in need of a safe place to land, please reach out.
