Hello! I am accepting new clients for remote sessions. My goal for my clients is to provide them with the skills and tools so that they may achieve the lifestyle that they want. Life is challenging and the pressure to strive for perfection is as strong as ever. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who have a range of obstacles that they wish to overcome along with providing a restful environment to explore their abilities and potential. Treatment modalities: person-centered, CBT, and mindfulness training.
Through reflective questioning and thinking, open-ended questioning, and other counseling techniques, I allow the client to figure out what outcome they want and help them navigate how they wish to get there.
I invite those seeking guidance and assistance with their day to day lives, along with eventful impacts in their life to reach out for enhancing their tool box of skills so they may reach their personal goals.
