I work with individuals struggling to cope with a spectrum of different issues and provide support that best fits their needs. Each new client has an opportunity to discuss their goals and I will work with you to develop the best approach to help you feel more capable and empowered to manage and address your issues. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, comfortable space to work on underlying issues.
I have years of experience working with individuals, couples and families struggling with and mental illness, substance use, mood disorders and every day life changes. I focus on a psychodynamic approach with a trauma lens, working with the client to better understand the true source of the issue.
I am trained in EMDR therapy and will help you work through trauma to a place of healing. I provide a wide range of clinical perspectives in addition to the above, including Dialetical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
