I work with children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and more. To meet the needs of young children and families, I incorporate play therapy modalities like child-parent relationship therapy, Theraplay, and child-centered play therapy. For all of my clients under 18, I take a family systems approach in my care by requiring regular parent- guardian meetings. With children, teens, and adults, I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to treat a variety of issues including post-traumatic stress, specific phobias, anxiety, depression, and more.
I specialize in utilizing play as a therapeutic tool for children. My office has a fully equipped playroom and cozy feel. I also use modalities like CBT and ART to support teens, adults, and parents looking for support and validation as they navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and other life events.
I help children, teens, and adults work through the impacts of trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and other struggles in a safe, nonjudgmental, and nurturing environment.
