Are you living a life you can be proud of? I have been helping People of all ages for over 20 years achieve their goals by working together through anxiety, fear, trauma, and anger. I believe in creating an atmosphere of trust in which clients can explore their fears and take necessary chances to better their lives. My approach to therapy combines CBT and ACT models with client centered, insight oriented approaches. My passion is helping each and every client meet their goals and find their way to FEELING better.
Currently I work with women, men, teens, and children and love coaching people on self confidence and self worth as well as helping process trauma, anxiety, and difficult situations. I have extensive experience working with kids, teens, and families and find that helping one person often facilitates changes for the entire family.
As an Asian American who grew up in the US I have a special place in my heart for people who feel out of place. I do speak some mandarin but require that clients also speak some English. Lastly I celebrate all forms of diversity.
