Oftentimes, life’s responsibilities and stressors cause us to lose sight of ourselves—therapy offers a space to slow down, practice self-care, and reconnect. I work with adults and adolescents in a warm, authentic environment where self-esteem can flourish. While I support clients through diverse life challenges, I specialize in working with LGBTQ individuals who seek an individual who can aid them to build confidence, address obstacles, and nurture resilience.
In therapy, I work collaboratively to reframe thoughts and explore new perspectives, allowing for insights into life patterns that may affect well-being. Together, we examine connections across life areas, building self-awareness and adaptive skills that support clients' goals. My supportive approach guides clients toward self-understanding and growth.
My therapeutic approach is fluid and tailored, drawing from psychodynamic, dialectical behavior therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe each clients healing journey is unique.
