I specialize in helping people overcome their anxiety both by managing the symptoms and understanding the underlying causes. I have a special interest in working with men who are starting therapy for the first time and are not sure where to begin in addressing their concerns.
Anxiety can sometimes be overwhelming and hard to manage. It can cause you to shutdown and/or abandon commitments or goals. Anxiety is challenging because it is not a primary feeling but an umbrella under which exists many feelings. Anxiety is just the alarm system telling you something needs paying attention to.
