I am a therapist turned parent coach with over 20 years of professional and personal experience. I help parents with everyday challenges such as transitions, separations, and tantrums. I also teach you how to parent consciously, mindfully, and intentionally as opposed to shooting from the hip, to promote good mental health in your child that transcends into adulthood. I educate expecting and new parents on how to promote a healthy, secure attachment with their babies as well as developing a parenting plan. You may have one or multiple questions or just want to learn all you can to support your Birth-5 child. I am here to help!

Using my experience I help you identify the meaning behind your child's behaviors and underlying reasons that may be fueling the behavior, emotion, or issue. I do so through the lens of child development, attachment, trauma and family systems. I help parents identify areas in their parenting that need adjustments through education, support, & guidance.
