In my role I offer a safe, supportive, non judgmental space to express what has been held in and discover inner strength to implement realistic positive change.
I can teach and encourage you to develop coping skills to tolerate distress, utilize emotion regulation skills to find inner peace and confidence, and discover how you would like to be in relationship with others and yourself. I will assist you in finding motivation, seeing situations from different perspectives, and establishing sustainable routines.
My background has been working with individuals with substance use issues, relationship problems, anxiety, depression and grief. I believe It’s crucial for you to feel heard, understood, and accepted in a therapeutic relationship and it’s my priority to establish a relationship that works for us as we work towards the goals you want to achieve.
