I am passionate about helping clients find hope and feel comfortable and understood in a genuine, nonjudgmental counseling relationship. I collaborate with clients to develop self awareness and choose positive changes and coping skills. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which is highly effective for trauma, anxiety, PTSD, depression and more.
My heart for helping comes from the overflow of my own healing journey from the challenges and hurts that life brings, including healing from childhood pain, divorce, being a single parent, learning to connect in healthy relationships and growing a blended family.
