Hi! I'm Julie and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, practicing in person (and online) in the heart of Hayes Valley, San Francisco! I believe we all have an innate ability to heal and grow, and my goal is to embrace you with warmth and compassion as you journey towards transforming your life.
I use EMDR therapy to help process and integrate traumatic memories, transforming distressing experiences into sources of strength and resilience. Resource tapping, guided meditation and breath work are also tools I use to help clients return to a calm, regulated nervous system. We all have the strength to heal when we are given the tools.
