If you still see your negative past experiences affecting your present life, I can help you learn to manage your thoughts, navigate life transitions, and accept change. Maybe you’ve felt ongoing anxiety or depression, and you know there’s a better version of you that you want to unlock. Maybe your relationships aren’t as harmonious or fulfilling as you’d like. I understand what this is like, and my mission is to act as your companion, guiding you with new ideas and methods that can help you feel better.
I offer a warm, nonjudgmental therapeutic approach and an emphasis on human connection. "Wellness" refers to all domains of our lives, and it’s important to notice the different factors that might get in the way of our growth. I honor the idea that every human experience is different; my first priority is to validate your thoughts and feelings.
I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help my clients find self-acceptance, joy, peace, and fulfillment in their lives.
