I recognize seeking help can be difficult, especially when you or someone you care about is feeling stuck. We want life to be different, but we are unable to change. My background includes working with people with mood and relationship challenges and PTSD. I am EMDR trained. I have worked in residential care with adolescents who struggled with eating disorders. Together in a safe and supportive environment, we will focus on your wellbeing and improving your overall quality of life.
As a therapist, I help you explore influential life events that have contributed to your current functioning and patterns of behavior. I incorporate evidenced based treatments that will support your growth. I enjoy working with people experiencing emotional difficulties like anxiety or depression and those who are grieving or suffering as a result of trauma.
