My aim is to get to know each clients' unique story and assist them in making better choices to improve the quality of their lives.
I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief & loss, betrayal, heartbreak, and/or relationship struggles. I create a safe container for clients to get clear on what is not working in their lives. From there, we co-create new ways to view oneself and approach situation that creates real and lasting change.
