I believe fully in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship. I am passionate about hearing each individual's story and supporting them through any life transition they find themselves in. There is no person that is immune to the difficulties of day-to-day life, and I think there is power in meeting people where they are and showing them that there is always hope and a capacity for healing. I want to help each client identify where they want to see change in their life, and to facilitate growth through uncovering whatever obstacles are preventing them from experiencing fulfillment.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Systems Therapy. I specialize in working with teens, adults, or couples, helping them identify negative core belief systems, release old hurts from their past, and move towards growth and significance in their life.
