I provide diverse, empathic support and informed guidance to adults suffering from traumatic experiences, depression and grief. When you are feeling distressed, anxious, unable to focus, or unable to find rest due to dwelling or despair, you may begin to feel physical symptoms (fatigue, headache, nausea, etc). The ultimate goal is to help you learn how to cope in the "now" so you can soon begin thriving and living a happier, healthier life. Then, together we will dig deep to uncover the root cause of the issue(s), discuss and practice how to balance emotions, and then build resilience and goals to live your best life, long term.
I assist clients using a variety of methods. I use psychoeducation regarding the issue(s) so you can understand the "why" and "how" of the feelings, thoughts and behaviors behind the wounds. Empathically and without judgement, I listen to "your story". I will challenge you to see new perspectives and help you to empower yourself through the pain.
I look forward to working alongside you throughout the processes of your journey; A journey that will lead you to a more mentally, emotionally and healthier life.
