I work with individuals, couples and families. With my family systems approach, each person plays an integral role to the health of the whole system/family. My work with struggling couples is to foster hope when it has been lost. I collaborate with parents, their children and teens to address and resolve behavioral issues and developmental challenges. If you struggle with anxiety, grief or depression, I will work alongside of you in a non-judgmental fashion to explore issues and apply new skills to help you overcome the challenges you are facing. I have 14 plus years of experience.
I develop a supportive relationship with my clients. As my client, your work is to be willing to explore parts of yourself and relationships that make you who you are. As we reach goals and alleviate specified dysfunctions, therapy can be fun and transformational. I offer faith based counseling upon request.
Mostly my therapy is short-term and result oriented. The therapeutic process can help you; restore balance in your life, obtain guidance and support, develop skills to maintain meaningful relationships, diagnose mental health conditions, manage your emotions, learn conflict resolution skills, improve boundaries, improve physical health, identify purpose and meaning in life.

I have attended the needed 15 hours of training, but I am still needing 25 hours in a supervisory role. Are you a therapist who is looking to grow in confidence and competence in working with families and or couples? I have plenty of experience, resources and handouts for in-session work. I offer live supervision and co-therapy with a supervisee and a structured format so that the supervisee will get a well-rounded experience. We will build on what you naturally do well.
