I will draw on different theories and techniques tailored to your specific goals because every individual, couple, and family is unique in their life experiences.
My faith is a central part of who I am. I believe that faith and counseling can work hand in hand to bring hope, healing, and restoration. I am happy to incorporate prayer, scripture, or faith into sessions if that is something you are interested in.
I have completed my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Bethel Seminary and have experience working as a paraprofessional, working with families impacted by Serious and Persistent Mental Illness, and families recovering from addictions.
