I am passionate about helping clients develop stronger and happier relationships with themselves and their loved ones, as I believe the quality of these dynamics determines the quality of our lives. I enjoy working alongside individuals as we navigate the patterns and events of their past and present in the hopes of creating healthier and more fulfilling futures. I also enjoy working with couples to help them better understand how their individual patterns show up in their relationship in order to deepen the connection with themselves and their partners.
It is extremely important to me to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space for clients to share what is on their mind and truly feel heard. While I often lean on attachment- and strength-based modalities, I appreciate that each client is unique and therefore tailor my approach to best fit the needs of each person.
Please feel free to contact me via phone or email to set up an appointment or a 15-minute phone consultation to see if I might be a good fit for you. While beginning therapy can be daunting, I believe that taking the time and space to better understand ourselves empowers us to grow into the most authentic and beautiful versions of ourselves.
